Re-imagine Space
Since the beginning of the pandemic, lots of public activities have been restricted. People have no choice but to stay indoors at home. Our living space has been restricted and what we see every day is an enclosed space of our home. Social isolation such as quarantining and physical distancing has impacted the mental health of the populace at large, who have been struggling with fear and uncertainty. Some people are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression at this time.
Through this work, I want to send people a message of how beautiful our living world is. Even though we are apart from others, spending most of our time in our own world, the mind is free to wander and dream, to take that next step regardless of our current limitations. These spaces are the canvas for the advent of tomorrow, the days preceding and the liminal window of hope.
